It’s Wednesday night again, a cheap movie day which attract all the movie lover who want to save money to watch whatever movie they like. So, because of this, and because i like this movie’s story told by media very much so i go to watch this ‘Run Papa Run’.
The story is pretty touching – A black society boss featured by ‘Louis Koo’ want to become a good father after he has his family accidentally. Although as a gang boss, he really shows the love when he become father of his child and husband to his wife featured by ‘Rene Liu’.
The movie is one of the most worth to watch Chinese/Cantonese “healthy” movie with limited violent(HK gangster), lots of love(Father’s love) and mix with some comedy(you know when you watch it), the story line is very rich and full of surprise, although it’s a bit like Taiwan movie. I highly recommended this Sylvia Chang movie although it gets 5.4 out of 10 in IMDB. Please check out this movie in nearby cinema, it’s in * mode now(means it’s nearly out of showing already).
I nearly cry when the gang boss said ‘He only cry two times in his life, one is when he was birth and he doesn’t know, and someone told him he cry. The second time he cry is when he know he cries, he can’t told the someone’.
